A course cancellation that is received at least 30 days prior to the course will entitle the applicant to move the course to a later date or the full refund of the deposit.

A course cancellation that is received at least 14 days prior to the date of the course will entitle the applicant to move the course to a later date, but will not qualify for the refund of the deposit.

An applicant that cancels or postpones a course less than 14 days of the commencement of the course date, will be liable for the full payment of the course fee.
